Innovative, Extra-Large Bottom Heater
The proprietary, radiant IR preheater is 32" wide by 24" deep with six (6) independent zones and 15,000 watts of heating power. In addition to its large size, the preheater is extremely uniform as the heating element runs throughout the entire surface area.
Moveable Solder Head
The combination of the open machine construction and the moveable solder head allows free position in the x-direction without moving the board. As the board is kept in position, the precise position of components is secured.
Automation
Four (4) motorized axes and a precision force measurement system provide automated component removal and placement.
Visual MachinesTM Software
Powerful, graphical-based software with step-by-step prompting.
Vision System
Multiple Field of View (MFOV) vision system with motorized zoom provides full viewing of smaller components and corner viewing of components up to 75mm.
