Site Cleaning Nozzles

Hot Gas Nozzles

Vacuum sensor automatically and continuously adjusts tip height, providing non-contact site cleaning. A High temperature composite vacuum tip eliminates metal-to-metal contact. Ready-to-use site cleaning master programs are available for fully automated solder removal (ONYX29).

Special Contact Nozzles

Eliminate adjacent component heating and dislodging due to high velocity air. The air is directed to the tip and out away from the area. The contact tip can be positioned accurately to the pads of micro sites and very dense assemblies. Force sensing load cells control the contact force.
